1．职位描述
1）负责公司每年每季新产品的开发；
2）主导相关配合单位完成面辅料的选择、制版、打样；
3）负责产品搭配方案；
4）负责公司设计队的建设与管理。 2．任职条件
1）本科以上学历，年龄35岁以上，5年以上职业装设计管理工作经验，熟练操作电脑。
2）深谙服装市场的流行趋势，对产品的设计、工艺、面料的开发及应用具有极强的预测能力、分析能力和应用能力；
3）熟练使用photoshop、coreldraw、CAD、3DMAX等各种设计软件。
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for design new products in every season and year
2. Assist other apartments for choice materials, plate making and sample making
3. Responsible for arrange in pairs or groups
4. Responsible for organize and manage the design group Job Requirement:
1. Above 35 years, Bachelor’s or above, more than 5 years working experiences in the uniform design.
2. Good sense of fashion, have a perfect knowledge of design, strong forecast in design, material and technics
